The Reserve Attestation Registry is maintained by Grant Stellmacher, a practicing CPA who performs AT-C 205 examinations professionally.
This is a personal project, independent of any employer. No employer resources, branding, or time are used.
This registry has no issuer relationships, accepts no issuer money, and uses no issuer-contributed data. Every record is entered by hand from the primary source PDF and links directly to it.
Registry facts and editorial commentary are separated architecturally. Facts live in structured data records. Interpretation lives in commentary posts and the methodology page.
One commentary post per month, published within days of the major issuers' monthly reports dropping.
